CABBAGE FAMILY

The cabbage family provides a rich source of vitamins and many properties. In addition to being rich in vitamin C, if consumed raw or slightly cooked, they contain B vitamins, vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene, folic acid, selenium, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and various flavonoids in significant doses.

There are many cabbage varieties available and which we market: broccoli, cauliflower, romanesco, rosette mix, shanghai pak choi, curly cabbage, red chicory, brussels sprouts, Chinese cabbage, black cabbage and kohlrabi. An immense number of varieties!

Among vegetables, the cabbage family is one of the largest. However, there are only three countries that grow and supply these vegetables: Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.
