Bulbs are not roots, but bud-like stems, adapted to living underground. When the right conditions are given, the bud becomes active and grows up to the surface.

Many of these bulbs are edible and are very interesting from the nutritional point of view.

Among the product range marketed by Iberiana we have garlic, leek and up to seven different varieties of onion. We work with suppliers from Spain and Italy, but also from Morocco and Egypt.
