Our crunchy California peppers provide Vitamin C and its flavour varies depending on the colour. From the fresh green varieties to the sweet red pepper, California pepper offers something for all tastes and all year round.

Another variety we like at Iberiana is the Ramiro Pepper. With its slim, long shape and its red colour, its taste is even sweeter than the California pepper and likewise can be eaten in salads, stuffed, roast or boiled.
